How does Next Level Locals work?

We automate the process of requesting Google reviews for your business to help your business gain more trust and ultimately rank higher creating more organic outreach. Along with that we also set up a MCTB (missed call text back ) automation which will start a conversation via text when you are unable to answer the phone allowing you to capture more previously missed opportunities.

Is there a limit to the number of reviews I can collect with the service?

No, there is no limit to the number of reviews you can collect. The amount of reviews you get is largely determined by how many customers you have helped, your industry, and their experience with your business!

What platforms does we support for collecting reviews?

We can direct review requests to platforms like Yelp, Angie, Facebook, and several others. However, we recommend focusing on Google Reviews as a priority, given the boost it provides to local search rankings on Google, along with its many other advantages. In our opinion, Google Reviews offer the best value for your efforts!

Can I collect reviews from past customers?

Yes, actually the first thing we do for any new customer with an existing list. We can reach out to all your previous customers for a "Database Reactivation" normally resulting in 10-20% of previous customers to leave a review! If you don't have a previous list, no worries we can help you begin to create one.

Are there any hidden fees associated?

We are always open about our pricing. The only "hidden" fee is one we always share which is about the text & email expenses. To make simple pricing possible, we rebill the text and email expenses to you directly. Our customers are very understanding of these since it's small fraction of a penny per sms & email usage.

Is there a minimum contract duration for using the service?

No contract required but if it's something you are going into thinking "I will cancel in 3 months" we would rather you not even waste 1 month service fee. Marketing isn't a magic pill and often times 3, 6, 12 months maybe needed.

How does Next Level Locals handle customer data and privacy?

Customer data is solely used to contact individuals for review requests on your behalf. We never share or sell any customer information.
